liz.jpgElizabeth Parascandola-Clee is a partner in Independent View Media LLC and the Publisher of TAP Into Clark.  She is also a Human Resource Consultant specializing in Training and Organizational Development. Her work has allowed her the opportunity to train, coach, lead and develop the skills of thousands of individuals within a variety of organizations.   Elizabeth has also completed extensive writing for a multitude of purposes such as business communications, training programs, technical copy and ghostwriting.  She has operated across a wide range of industries including retail, manufacturing, education, civic and non-profit. Her clients and employers have included, Polo Ralph Lauren, Club Monaco, TAG Heuer, Thomas Pink and Seaman’s Furniture.  Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development and numerous professional certifications.    Elizabeth’s latest professional adventure includes working as an adjunct professor at a local college.   Elizabeth has been an active parent volunteer in many local organizations and served as President of the Clark Education Fund. She is looking forward to using her excellent communication skills and innovative ideas to build great relationships within the town of Clark, promote the essence of life in this great NJ town and provide the most abundant source of local news possible to her community.


susan.jpgSusan Roselli Bonnell is the co-owner of Independent View Media LLC and the Editor of TAP Into Clark.  Susan has extensive experience in business writing and communications.  As a freelance writer, she has authored hundreds of professional business plans for a wide variety of small and mid-sized businesses in the service, retail, and restaurant sectors.  Susan previously worked as a Project and Senior Content Manager at MJM Internet, a website development company.   In that role, she was an active liaison between marketing, sales, and technical personnel on both the client-side and in-house production teams.  Susan is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She is an energetic volunteer with Boy Scout Troop 104 (Scotch Plains) and the First Congregational Church of Westfield.  A lifelong resident of Union County, Susan currently resides in Scotch Plains with her husband and two children.
