CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Cedar Grove has moved its annual fireworks display from July 2 to July 3 and will now allow people to gather at Panther Park to watch.

The township announced the change on Facebook, noting that the Governor's orders will allow for outdoor gatherings of 500 people starting July 3.  Originally Panther Park was going to be closed and residents were encouraged to view the display from their cars or homes.

There will be a maximum of 500 people allowed on the field and grass areas of Panther Park, with 6 ft. social distancing still required.  Masks are recommended.  The fireworks will also be live-streamed on the Cedar Grove Recreation Facebook page.  The rain date is July 10.
