LIVINGSTON, NJ — In an effort to celebrate the rich history of Livingston Township, an official municipality of New Jersey since 1813, TAPinto Livingston has launched a news section titled “Livingston History,” where knowledgeable residents will be invited to submit historical articles or photos on various topics related to the township.

In the first edition, West Orange resident Joseph Fagan describes the 80-year history of the corner of Old Short Hills Road and Northfield Avenue and the reason behind a sign located on the building that reads “The Forgotten Corner.”

Our newsletter delivers the local news that you can trust.

Also in the works is an article by Fairfield resident Gail Bottone, who will share a story about the Bottone Family Farm, as told by Mildred Bottone Manganelli in the 1980s.
