CRANFORD - Representatives of the new 24-unit development over 5,000 square feet of retail, The Albero, located at 109 Walnut Avenue, met in front of the Cranford Zoning Board on Monday night and received approval for its three-store proposal for the first floor.
Originally, the 5,000 square space was slated to become the new location of The Kilkenny House before negotiations between the two parties broke down. With The Kilkenny House slated to remain in its current location, the applicant was looking for approval to subdivide the space into the three seperate entities.
