Daphne Jones, the Parent/Teacher Liaison, was recognized as the “Staff Member of the Month” by Mickens for her help in establishing relationships between the school and the community.
Mickens also presented the “Community Hero of the Month” award. This month’s recipient is Vivak Arora, the owner of Dunkin' Donuts.
