The spot, owned and operated by its namesake, Carolyn, and her son Cornelius Frazier, since 2008, is the very definition of family-grown and run business, pairing more than 50 years of “southern cooking with love” with the business skills Cornelius picked up partially as a student at New Jersey City University.
