MORRISTOWN, NJ - Morristown's La Campagna restaurant, located at 5 Elm Street in Morristown is permanently closing their doors, announced Benito, the restaurant's owner.

In a Facebook post, Benito said the decision to close was difficult but the financial hardship they have faced the past four months has also been difficult.

"I appreciate how the community came together to show there support with takeout orders and outdoor dining", he said. "Its because of all of you that I have been able to keep the restaurant open till now. The restaurant itself has been in operation 25+ years and this past January marked 10 years (though it feels like only yesterday) since I purchased it with my brother Sal. I will miss you all very much!! Thank you again and stay safe everyone".
