MORRISTOWN, NJ -- The partial shutdown of the federal government is now in its third week.

The Interfaith Food Pantry believes that the partial shutdown has impacted the lives of many federal employees and their families. As time goes on, the need for additional resources, such as food, increases. The Interfaith Food Pantry, with locations in Morristown and Morris Plains (in the Central Park section of Parsippany), is ready to assist federal employees on furlough.

Morris County residents in need of food can contact the Interfaith Food Pantry at 973-538-8049, ext. 210, for immediate assistance.
