VERONA, NJ - The Hilltop Conservancy is in need of volunteers to help plant trees on April 26, 27 and 28 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. In preparation for the first tree planting, eighty holes have been dug. The trees, a variety of natives species, are expected to be delivered in late April.  Help is needed to get them into the ground.  Among the tasks to be completed, holes will need to be prepped and augmented with soil, trees planted, staked, watered and trunk guards installed.  The target is to get them planted in a timely manner so they have the best chance of thriving.

The Hilltop Conservancy is hoping for a large turnout.  Volunteers are welcome to stay the whole day, for an hour, or any amount of time in between.  All help is appreciated.
