PARKLAND, FL- Next week the City of Parkland will host a series of meetings on planning Parkland's future. Parkland is entering their anuual strategic planning process. The community forums offers community members an opportunity to have their voices heard. "What would you like to see more of in the City, what would you like to see less of, what interests you the most… this is an opportunity for all residents to provide some input," stated Chief Communications Officer Todd DeAngelis. Parkland's Mayor Christne Hunschofsky and City Commissioners are encouraging the public to attend and make their voices heard.
Meetings begin next week as follows:
Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at City Hall and are open to all Parkland residents.
Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Tennis Center at Quigley Parkland for Parkland residents living east of University.
Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the P-REC for Parkland residents living west of University and south of Hillsboro.
Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 8:00-9:00 p.m. at the P-REC for Parkland residents living west of University and north of Hillsboro.
