Narberth Borough Bans Plastic, First in PA to do so

Narberth, PA - Narberth Borough Council unanimously passed a ban this week on plastic straws and will also charge a fee for single-use of carryout plastic bags in local businesses.  The legislation is the first of its kind in any Pennsylvania municipality.
