CARMEL,N.Y. – The Putnam County Department of Health has issued a COVID-19 public health alert for those who worked at or shopped at Tops grocery store last week.

If you have worked at or visited Tops Friendly Market in Carmel on July 2 from 5:30-10:30 a.m., or July 5 from 5:30-8 a.m. you may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Watch for symptoms, which include fever, chills, shortness of breath, fatigued muscles and body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
