RED BANK, NJ: Crest Physical Therapy is excited to announce the reopening of their Red Bank and Manasquan locations.

“With hospitals performing elective surgery, orthopedic practices reopening and people becoming more active, an expected surge in physical therapy is expected,” said Crest Physical Therapist Dennie Waite, PT, DPT.

Crest Physical Therapy provides comprehensive rehabilitative services in Monmouth County with practices in the Red Bank and Manasquan Atlantic Clubs, as well as practices in West Long Branch and Hazlet.

"Our entire staff worked together to make sure our patients didn’t skip a beat in their rehab,” said Crest Physical Therapy's Practice Manager, Jennifer Todero. “Thankfully, we had our West Long Branch and Hazlet locations remain open.  We were able to continue care for our patients in these facilities and a temporary pop-up facility in Manasquan” she said, “as well offer virtual visits for all patients.”

Matt Smelas, PT, DPT, Director of Physical Therapy at the Crest Red Bank location, is looking forward to getting back into the swing of things with the re-opening of the Red Bank physical therapy office. 

"Our PTs are ready to help those people who have had an increase in pain and a decline in function as they have adhered to the stay at home orders.  Anyone that has had a change in their exercise routines due to the COVID-19 stay at home orders, we are ready to help with any new or recurring injuries to help you get back on track,” said Dr. Smelas.

Crest Physical Therapy facilities are following the government’s recommended safety guidelines.  "We established a great protocol for social distancing practices by staggering patient appointments, requiring masks and all employee and patient temperatures are taken at the door upon arrival.  Increased sanitation practices are in place to keep all surfaces disinfected in both our treatment and waiting areas,” said Jen Todero.
