Xtend Barre- stick

Xtend Barre Creator Andrea Rogers and Director of Education Laurie Alfano have created an incredible Xtend Barre Stick repertoire that utilizes the Pilates Stick attached to the ballet barre. This new programming is consistent and unique to Xtend Barre. Xtend Barre Stick classes follow a firmly structured format. The purpose is to continue to improve the foundations of the Xtend Barre workout by challenging balance and stability with the stick. This is an intermediate class. Knowledge of the Xtend Barre class is preferred and recommended.
