HOUGHTON, N.Y. — It’s time to save the dates of Oct. 24-27, 2019, for this year’s Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) International Conference. The conference will be held at Houghton College in Houghton, N.Y., near Buffalo.

This event is open to the public. The conference includes presentations and the ever-popular mounted workshops for participants, who will get to ride on well-trained mounts from the Houghton College Equestrian Studies program.

Attendees of the CHA International Conference will learn from some of the top experts in the equine industry, including CHA Master Level Instructors, veterinarians, farriers, behaviorists, horse trainers, and more. In addition, there are roundtable discussions, a silent auction, vendors, the CHA annual meeting, and the CHA Awards Banquet. CHA instructors can get the full 25 hours they need for recertification every three years by attending the full conference.
