TEWKSBURY TWP., N.J. — This women's pelvic health group has you improving your core, pelvic floor and more through the movement of horses, exercises you can do at home and education and support. The pelvis is the core of our movement experience - it is integral to almost all of our body's movement, balance, and posture.
Sign-up now for Mane Stream’s five-week Women’s Pelvic Health Group program starting on Wednesday, July 17 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. to see a reduction in pelvic pain, incontinence, and c-section scar pain all while strengthening your stomach muscles.
The weekly sessions are led by Gina Taylor, MS, OT, HPCS, a NJ licensed occupational therapist, PATH Intl. Certified Instructor with Advanced Standing and Mom. Small group size for personalized attention.
