LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Miss Rodeo America 2019 Taylor McNair will be visiting New Jersey in September.
McNair was crowned Miss Rodeo America 2019 on Dec. 9, 2018 at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. The 23 year-old from Learned. Miss. is the third Miss Rodeo Mississippi to wear the coveted crown. In addition to the title of Miss Rodeo America, Taylor earned the Appearance, Personality and Written Test awards.
In 2017, Taylor earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Policy and Law from Mississippi State University where she competed on the Equestrian and Rodeo Teams. During her reign as the official representative of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, McNair has been traveling to rodeo performances, as well as making appearances at schools, civic groups and other special events in order to educate the public and create awareness about the sport of rodeo, its sponsors and the western way of life.
On Sept. 7 McNair will stop at Gaitway Farm on Route 33 in Manalapan from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. She’ll then head over to Rick’s Saddle Shop on Route 539 in Cream Ridge from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The last stop will be at Cowtown Rodeo in Pilesgrove from 6 to 10 p.m.
