Strongholistics, an integrated wellness collective, featuring acupuncture, physical therapy, neuromuscular reprogramming and integrative nutrition, among other services, opens in Montclair at 105 Grove Street.
Despite the ongoing pandemic, two local health care practitioners, Dr. Rosie Strelnick DACM, L.Ac and Cathy Stephenson MS, PT, MSW, one of the former owners of Focus Physical Therapy, joined forces to open Strongholistics in Fall 2020 to offer emotional and physical well-being to the community. Stephenson and Strelnick are also joined by Kelly Terzis, Jessica Berliner and Amy Mody.
According to Strelnick, “Our goal is to deeply listen to each client's needs, struggles, and goals in order to offer compassionate, customized treatment specific to each person. When you come to Strongholistics, you become part of our family.”
Stephenson added, “Strongholistics is a culmination of all the services I’ve dreamed of being able to offer to patients over my 26-year history of being a practitioner. I look forward to continuing to support the wellness of the Montclair community.”
