NUTLEY, NJ - Residents of Nutley and neighboring communities came out Saturday afternoon for the first "Red, White, and Back the Blue" parade to celebrate first responders.

Led by a contingent of Nutley Fire Department Vehicles, Police Department vehicles, and the Nutley Volunteer Emergency Rescue Squad, the parade also included citizens who marched with banners and flags supporting first responders.

The parade, which made its way from Franklin Ave. to the Public Safety Building on Chestnut St. also included EMS vehicles from Piscataway, Verona, Caldwell, Boonton, and the 6th District First Aid Council.
