PISCATAWAY, NJ — Piscataway Police are investigating a shooting that left a 50-year-old South Plainfield man injured.

Police said the shooting was reported at about 9:13 Thursday night near Rushmore Ave. and Fourth Street in the township’s Arbor section, according to MyCentralJersey.com on Friday.

The victim was struck once in the leg and was listed in stable condition at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, said police.

Suspects fled in a black Dodge Charger towards Plainfield, said police.
