JERSEY CITY, NJ - The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA) is seeking real estate marketing and brokerage services for five condominiums at 311 Washington Street currently owned by the agency.
The selected firm is expected to assist the JCRA in completing the redevelopment of the area by selling the units to qualified buyers so that the proceeds can be used to further their affordable housing initiatives.
Selections of the service providers will be made in a fair and open manner based on qualifications, merit and cost-effectiveness.
