STIRLING, NJ -- Searching for a unique and delicious way to celebrate Valentine’s Day for your partner, friends or colleagues this year? Look no further than a bien tower, a centerpiece creation made by a mother and daughter New Jersey duo known as the Dessert Ladies.
Biens are made of chocolate cake truffle and coated in either milk, white or dark chocolate. Each tower comes with 50 biens, and make a beautiful display or centerpiece. You can include a message, an image, like a company logo, or a custom photo.
The Dessert Ladies are the team of Geraldine Keogh and Lindsay Smith. Keogh emigrated to the states over 30 years ago from Ireland and started Biens CC with her daughter just over a year ago. Already the two Dessert Ladies have many clients, including weddings and corporate celebrations.
Biens come in a range of holiday themes, and for Valentine’s Day, towers are created with many vibrant colors, including red, white and pink, but custom designs are also available.
“They’re a memorable, shareable and deliciously indulgent treat to share with your family, friends and coworkers at a Valentine’s Day or even a Galentine’s Day celebration,” said Smith. And if you can manage to not eat them all at once, “they’ll last for at least two weeks and don’t require any refrigeration,” Smith added.
You can visit their showroom in Stirling, New Jersey to see and sample biens in person, or you can have bien towers shipped anywhere across the United States.
