WAYNE, NJ - Roz Thompson, Public Affairs representative of AAA Northeast, spoke with TAPintoTV about the importance of supporting local communities at this year’s Women’s Wellness Expo, held at Passaic County Technical Institute.

"This Women's Wellness event is for everyone. We are here every year, and we will continue to be a support for our community," said Thompson.

Ms. Thompson added that AAA is more than just roadside assistance. "We have driver presentations, we have senior presentations, we have pedestrian presentations, and we offer a driver improvement program for businesses."

AAA's driver education programs can help limit negative points on drivers' records and provide applicable insurance discounts as well.

Thompson summarized AAA's commitment: "We have a variety of services that will meet the needs of the community, the consumer, the traveler, and the schools."

For schools, AAA provides Otto the Auto; a friendly automobile character that helps educate elementary school students about passenger safety while riding in cars.

“AAA is a proud supporter for women as well as men,” said Thompson, “and we are really happy to be here.”
