WESTFIELD, NJ — Disappointed that you couldn’t get tickets for Charlie’s Ale Garden during AddamsFest? Despite a “sold out” image on the Beer Garden page on AddamsFest.com, organizers said that more tickets will become available for purchase later this week.
“As we said, we can only pre-sell as many tickets as our rain location at the Armory will accommodate,” organizers wrote on Facebook. “Good news: We just received official word that we can host more guests in the Armory than we originally had planned for. So, more tickets are going on sale!”
The remaining pre-sale tickets will be sold in two batches on Thursday, Oct. 18 and Sunday, Oct. 21, at 8 p.m. at https://www.addamsfest.com/charlies-ale-garden, the announcement said.
Sponsored by Harvest Restaurant Group, the parent company of Addams Tavern, the beer garden will take place on Quimby and Elm Streets (weather permitting) on Oct. 27 from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by local bands, with the headliners The Counterfeiters going on at 9 p.m.
Tickets, $10 each ($15 after Oct. 20), include admission and a commemorative wine or beer glass.
AddamsFest has partnered with Lyft, the ride-sharing app, to encourage all attendees of Charlie’s Ale Garden to leave their cars at home and travel safely, organizers said, and Lyft will be offering promotions to AddamsFest attendees, including free and reduced fares.
