TAPinto is a network of more than 80 award-winning objective online local news sites. While we accept Letters to the Editor, we do not have an Editorial Page and do not provide our opinion on any elections or issues. We do not endorse candidates.
Like hardcopy newspaper, television, radio and other media, TAPinto provides opportunities for candidates to advertise. Such advertising does not connote an endorsement or support from TAPinto.
All candidates are provided the same opportunities to utilize TAPinto to market their candidacies. Some of these opportunities are paid for and some are free of charge, as more fully described below. All candidates are charged the same amount for the same marketing vehicle.
TAPinto has a strict ethics and transparency policy available here: https://www.tapinto.net/pages/about-us
In addition to this publication of these Policies, all local TAPinto owner/publishers are required to provide these Policies to their local candidates, simultaneously, via email or trackable postal delivery.
