He was a graduate of Southern Regional High School, Class of 2001.  Many of his former classmates and teachers at Southern were in attendance to celebrate Tim's life and to support his wife and children.

Lines gathered all day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to get a moment to express condolences to Samantha. The Shore Fire Grille employees gathered to help with food and hospitality while enduring their own grief for the loss of a man who was much more than a boss.

Tim considered his employees "family" and Kohlheim was always encouraging his team to work together.  It was so obvious that he was an employer who truly cared about his employees. One mother shared with tears streaming down her face that Tim was like a big brother to her son.  Her son is devastated by this loss.

Kohlheim was passionate about helping people in need.  He was the first to lend a hand in countless fundraisers in the Southern Ocean County area.  He partnered with numerous school and community projects.  The gathering on Tuesday was full of people who have worked with Tim on many situations when helping people in need.

Last Saturday night, there was a beautiful community candlelight vigil to honor Tim's impact on so many. This was an extremely touching event.

There also is a GoFund me campaign to assist the family. That link can be found here

As of Tuesday evening over $70,000 has been contributed to Samantha and the children.
