Southern Regional Announces Masks Now Optional for All Students and Staff

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — At 4:11 p.m. on Monday, June 7, the Southern Regional School District sent out a text message alert announcing that masks will now be optional for all students and faculty.

Pennsylvania Avenue Currently Closed Due to Gas Leak

BARNEGAT, NJ — At approximately 1 p.m. the Barnegat Township Police Department has alerted its residents of a gas leak on Pennsylvania Avenue between Barnegat Boulevard and Ravenwood Boulevard.

The road is temporarily closed until repairs are made.
