TOMS RIVER, NJ - Local Barnegat authorities have already addressed concerns about vaping among school-aged children. Apparently, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer thinks the public will benefit from some education on the effects and dependency of vaping.
BIllhimer has invited the public to meet at Toms River High School North for a seminar entitled “Don’t Get Vaped In,” presented by RWJ Barnabas Health. The presentation is scheduled for September 23, 2019 at 6:30 pm. Toms River North is located at 1245 Old Freehold Road in Toms River.
According to information provided by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s office, featured speakers and panelists include Joseph Triolo, MD, a radiologist and Amit Patel, MD, pulmonologist. Kristopher Novak, Assistant Director, Nicotine & Tobacco Treatment, RWJBarnabas Health Institute for Prevention and Recovery will also partake in the seminar.
