WARETOWN, NJ -   No doubt it takes some skill to hit targets. And, when there are money prizes involved, the competition becomes fierce, On Sunday, November 10, 2019, at 10:30 am , Ocean Township Police play host to a Bow Shoot  that should prove to be an interesting challenge.

"The event is designed as a fundraiser," explained Ocean Township Police Officer Michael Matelski. "The money is used to supplement the expenses of the Police Unity Tour.”

Competitors will have the chance to hit 3D  animal targets, as well as other archery setups.  The course runs at the  Waretown Lake and Recreation Area, located at 182 Wells Mills Road, Waretown, NJ 08758. There is no need to preregister and the cost is just $25.00 per shooter.  No crossbows are permitted. Field points on arrows.  Participants must bring their own equipment.
