Bernards Township resident Jane Morrell of Jane’s Kitchen has been cooking up organic meals in Central New Jersey for ten years. Jane also has been a loyal and generous supporter of Room to Read, a global organization focused on literacy and gender equality in 14 countries.

Jane's Kitchen recently supplied the soft pretzel bar and cookies for a Room to Read event at the Lone Eagle Brewing Company in Flemington - and frequently caters events at the brewery.

Jane takes full advantage of The Garden State's abundance of produce, including access to locally and organically farmed meat, eggs and dairy options. She transforms these resources into delicious delights.

Jane's Kitchen, which is a family affair that has her sons as part of the business, also delivers meals.

In addition to delivery, Jane's Kitchen operates out of a storefront at 79 Route 202 in Ringoes, and earlier this year opened a satellite location in Liberty Corner. Both sites are stocked with ready to go meals to grab anytime.

Jane creates a new menu every week, and also serves favorite staples on the "Always Available" menu.

Room to Read NJ embraces the sense of community enhanced through small business owners, and recognizes the impact that giving locally and globally generates towards a better world for all.
