Bernards Twp. Committee Wraps Up 2016 Schedule on Tues.; 2017 Meeting Dates Set Under New Mayor Gaziano

BERNARDS TWP., NJ - This year's last scheduled meeting for the Bernards Township Committee is 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27. The governing body also set up its meeting schedule for 2017.

This past week, current Mayor Carol Bianchi confirmed that Carolyn Gaziano, who was deputy mayor in 2016, is lined up to be Bernards Township Mayor for 2017.

Gaziano's appointment would be one of the first to be made at the township reorganization meeting, set for 7 p.m. on Tues., Jan. 3, in the main meeting room at the Town Hall at 1 Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge.
