BASKING RIDGE, NJ - Ridge bounced back from a last-second loss the night before to score a 56-46 boys basketball victory over North Plainfield Wednesday night.

The Red Devils (11-14) got out to their now customary fast start, only this time were able to hold on. Ridge took a 15-4 lead in the first quarter and maintained a lead the rest of the way. Ridge had led Cranford by double digits Tuesday night before losing by one point. North Plainfield is 16-6.

Chris Feringa scored 19 points in the victory. Jeremy McCavera finished with 12 points and Curtis Lyons scored 11 for Ridge, which wraps up its season Friday at home against Plainfield at 7 p.m.
