Dear Fellow Basking Ridge Residents and Other Interested Parties: I would like to share (see attached)  a snaphsot of the real estate market activity in Bernards Township for December 2016 and the year to date market trend. Summarized points are as follows:

*YTD sales units increased by 9.6% over last year

*December 2016 had 13.33% more "under contracts" than that of December 2015

*Average Sales Price YTD increased by 4.48%, but on average took 5 days longer to sell

* The most expensive house sold in December was $1,357,705
