ANNANDALE, NJ - The Ridge field hockey team won its first game of the season Friday, shutting out North Hunterdon, 2-0.

Noor Kaur scored both goals for Ridge (1-2) in the opening half. Bridget Doherty made three saves for the Red Devils, who outshot the Lions, 12-5.

Ridge had lost earlier in the week to Bernards and Bridgewater-Raritan.
