Franklin Township: Missing 17-year-old Girl

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ - The Franklin Township Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Briana Rice, 17, of Franklin Township. 

According to police, she left her home wearing a black t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and gray New Balance sneakers. Rice is described as a light-skinned black female, with black hair and black eyes, 5'2", approximately 130 pounds, according to officials. 

Rice last made contact with her guardian on Sept. 3 and has friends in the New Brunswick and Asbury Park areas, according to officials. She is known to frequent both cities and utilizes NJ Transit to travel between the areas, according to police.
