BASKING RIDGE, NJ -- Senior point guard Sophie Beneventine hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Ridge girls basketball team a 56-55 overtime victory over Montgomery Thursday night.

Beneventine, who will play at Boston University next season, finished with a season-high 23 points for the Red Devils (11-2), who came back from a 38-34 deficit after three quarters, tying it, 49-49, at the end of regulation.

Lauren Lusardi scored 15 points and Delaney Donohoe added 10 points for Ridge, which outscored Montgomery, 17-6, from the foul line.
