Girls Basketball: Ridge Defeats Union, 51-30

BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Ridge girls basketball team broke away in the second quarter and went on to a 51-30 victory over Union Wednesday in the first round of the Len Sepanak Tournament.

Ridge (3-2) outscored the Farmers, 12-1, in the second quarter to open a 23-11 halftime lead, then broke it wide open with a 12-4 run in the third quarter.

Kristin Miscia and Maddy West each scored 12 points for Ridge, with Lauren Lusardi going for eight points in the win.
