BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Ridge girls basketball team finished its home season with a flourish with a 44-24 victory over Hillside Thursday night.

Annabelle Pesarchick scored 11 points to pace a balanced attack for Ridge (12-14), which jumped to a 17-2 lead after a quarter and outscored the Comets in each of the first three quarters.

Kristin Miscia finished with 10 points for the Red Devils, whose next game will be against Watchung Hills on the road in the first round of the NJSIAA Section 2, Group 4 state tournament on Monday.
