Girls Soccer: Ridge Rallies for 2-1 Win over Watchung Hills

BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Ridge girls' soccer team got a real challenge from Watchung Hills Tuesday night before rallying.

After trailing by a goal at halftime, the Red Devils scored twice after the break for a 2-1 victory to remain undefeated. Ridge is now 7-0.

Julia Lindsey and Shannon Keefe had the goals for Ridge, and Erin Convery had an assist. Ridge outshot the Warriors, 8-5. Samantha Carney of Ridge made four saves.

Ally Grunstein scored the goal for Watchung Hills (6-3).

Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts Summer Camp Open House Friday, June 1

BERKELEY HEIGHTS—Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts (WIPA) will host a Summer Open House on Friday, June 1 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The free event is open to the public and will be held at the Performing Arts School located at 60 Locust Avenue in Berkeley Heights. The open house will feature demo classes centered around summer camp offerings and light refreshments will be served.
