Girls Volleyball: Ridge Gets Past Hillsborough, 2-0

BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Ridge girls volleyball team remained undefeated 4-0 after winning vs.  Hillsborough, 25-16 and 25-10, on Thursday.

Ridge was led by a senior contingent including captains Evelina Adamczyk with five kills and five blocks, Sophia Maggio with two aces and two kills, and setter Zoe Pan had 11 assists to go with two aces.

Ridge also saw contributions from senior setter Salma El Agizy with three assists and one dig, while Julia Syrdahl had two kills, two blocks and three digs. Sophomores Elena Bosio and Jasmine Davy also saw action and contributed with an ace, a block and a dig.

Ridge girls look to take the momentum after the first two weeks of action into the Northern Valley Regional Tournament in Demarest on Saturday.
