Research shows that a plant-based diet focusing on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds and legumes is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytochemicals.   Benefits include a reduction in heart disease, stroke, obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes along with overall improved health. Join us and learn how to improve your health through a plant-based diet.
