BOUND BROOK, NJ -- Raritan Valley Line rail service is suspended between Bridgewater and Dunellen in both directions due to the massive fire engulfing an apartment building, and surrounding buildings, in Bound Brook Sunday evening.

According to NJ Transit, train service is suspended, but substitute bus service is being provided.

According to a Facebook post from the Bound Brook Police Department, residents are being asked to stay vigilant because this is a disastrous fire at a current construction site on Main Street that began after 8 p.m. Police said it has the potential to spread to nearby structures.
