MANVILLE, NJ – Crime Stoppers of Somerset County is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for setting a car on fire and slashing the tires on 40 parked cars in Manville between 2 and 4 a.m. on June 11.
The incidents occurred within the North West sections, particularly between North 7th Avenue and North 13th Avenue, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson, Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor, and Manville Borough Chief of Police Mark Peltack.
Video footage acquired during the investigation shows the suspect slashing the tires on a vehicle and is described as a Caucasian male, wearing a light-colored hooded jacket.
