Registration Starts Monday for Annual Health Check from Bernards Twp. Health Department

BERNARDS TWP., NJ - Registration begins on Monday to sign up for the May 4 and 5 comprehensive health check from the Bernards Township Health Department. The annual checkup will include blood analysis, urinalysis, hemoccult, and a blood pressure check.

The cost for residents and members of resident towns is $35. Non-residents will be charged a fee of $45.

There will be an additional charge for available optional tests, including the Hemoglobin A1c, Thyroid test (TSH) and FIT (Fecal Immunochemical Test).

The testing is scheduled to be held between 7 to 9 a.m. on both Monday and Tuesday, May 4 and 5, at St. James R.C. Church, 184 S. Finley Ave. in Basking Ridge.

In-person pre-registration is required at Bernards Township Health Department starting on April 17. The health department is located at 262 S. Finley Ave. in Basking Ridge.

Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts Summer Camp Open House Friday, June 1

BERKELEY HEIGHTS—Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts (WIPA) will host a Summer Open House on Friday, June 1 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The free event is open to the public and will be held at the Performing Arts School located at 60 Locust Avenue in Berkeley Heights. The open house will feature demo classes centered around summer camp offerings and light refreshments will be served.
