Road Construction Coming up in Bernards Twp.; Stacy Lane Project Set to Begin Monday

BERNARDS TWP., NJ - Scheduled road construction in Bernards Township includes a comprehensive project due to start on Stacy Lane on Monday July 31, weather permitting, according to the township.

The project is due to begin with work on a handicapped accessible ramp and other sidewalk, curb and infrastructure repairs. The job will then progress to milling and paving, according to the township.

During the upcoming repairs and improvements, Stacy Lane will remain open to local traffic, the township said. Milling and paving notices will follow the initial work.

The township said milling and paving on Canterbury Way is scheduled to be completed the week of August 7, weather permitting.  Additional notices will follow, the township said.

After paving is completed, the project's contractor will return to clean up and restore all areas that must be repaired on Annin Road & Canterbury Way, according to the township.
