TAPinto "Spotlight on Business" features local businesses and their owners who are important to our communities. Follow this column to receive a fresh perspective on small business owners and their unique needs while shining a spotlight on their stories.

This edition features Delicious Heights opened as a take out only deli in 2002. Since, they moved and renovated the former Gasoline Alley in 2007 -- from a deli catering storefront to a premiere dining and multi-generational local hang-out in Berkeley Heights. The menu offers a great selection of seafood, steaks and signature salad choices, as well as burgers, sandwiches and soups created.

The partners had expanded Delicious Heights to Bedminster five years ago, revamping the historic Willie's Tavern -- and opened a third location, Delicious Heights Outpost, in Basking Ridge at the Basking Ridge Country Club.
