Want a Summer Job with Bernards Township? Start Applying on Monday, Jan. 30

BERNARDS TWP., NJ - Want to work for the Bernards Township recreation department, or at the township's Pleasant Valley Pool this summer? Well, it's not too early to apply.

Applications available on Monday

Starting on Monday, Jan. 30, applications for summer jobs with the Bernards Township Department of Parks and Recreation can be picked up at the recreation department at the Town Hall at 1 Collyer Lane in downtown Basking Ridge.

Job candidates who apply by March 17 will either be contacted for an interview request or receive a letter of regret, 

Interview requests will depend on specific position needs, according to the parks and recreation department. 

Details about the application process are posted on the Bernards Township website.

Interviews will take place in April, 2017. Not every candidate who submits an application is guaranteed an interview, according to details on the website.

Candidates who submit applications after Friday, March 17 might not be contacted by the Recreation Department. However, job candidates are still encouraged to apply after that date in the event position needs become available.
