Movie Night Fundraiser

Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity Youth will host a movie night fundraiser at 7 p.m. at Bridgewater-Raritan High School. They will be showing “The Incredibles.” Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and guests are invited to wear their pajamas. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 3 to 10 and free for children under 3 years old. Purchase tickets online at www.rvhabitat.org/habitatyouthmovienight, or by a check made out to Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity and sent to PO Box 6275, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. Anyone who cannot attend but who is interested in supporting the organization can make a donation through www.rvhabitat.org/habitatyouthmovienight to help build homes for those in need in Somerset and Hunterdon counties.

Piscataway Man Identified in Pedestrian Fatality on I-287 in Bridgewater Wednesday

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A Piscataway man was identified as the tow truck operator killed when he was struck by another vehicle on I-287 in Bridgewater Wednesday afternoon, according to NJ State Police Sgt. Lawrence Peele.

Nicholas Coble, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene after he was struck by a vehicle while clearing another car from the roadway at 1:44 p.m.
