BERNARDS TWP., NJ - The Bernards Township Library again has power and heat. The building at 32 S. Maple Ave. in Basking Ridge is also among buildings available as a warming station on Sunday for people still without electricity. [Updated]

The library was among the buildings in Basking Ridge to remain without power on Saturday. The library announced that was still closed on Saturday, March 10, due to a lack of power and heat following Wednesday's snowstorm.

All NJ Makers Day activities, and other scheduled events at the library were cancelled. Other children's activities, such as "Bash the Trash," are also called off at this time.

"We will continue to assess the feasibility of the library re-opening on a day-by-day basis," the library staff announced on its website on Saturday.
