BERNARDS TWP., NJ -- An event that changed our view of the universe forever -- the USA's landing of human beings on the moon 50 years ago -- will be portrayed in a theatrical production for children and all ages next Tuesday, July 9, at the Bernards Township Library.

ONE SMALL STEP: The Real Life Journey to Outer Space is due to be presented from 7 to 7:45 p.m. by the Bright Star Touring Company.

The live theater event will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the historic moon landing, which occurred in July 1969, and will relate the history of flight and space travel, from the Wright Brothers' first flight at Kitty Hawk, to the moon landing and beyond.
